Mentoring Services

RSS and CAA have the capacity to employ an on the ground Mentor to manage the employment and progression of the Employee, Apprentice or Trainee.

The mentor will;

  • Coordinate CAA and RSS induction into employment
  • Identify barriers and cultural awareness
  • Develop an action plan to best suit the employer and employee to achieve goals, defined objectives and expectations
  • Assist with relevant paperwork and submission of timesheets
  • Structure transport arrangements to guarantee high attendance
  • Conduct scheduled tool box meetings
  • Attend regular discussions at the workplace between the Employer and Employee
  • Assist employee with any work related or personal issues which may affect work performance and/or attendance
  • Evaluate progression, plan and develop methods and strategies to improve employment where necessary
  • Portray a positive influence and role model for participants
