Basic description

CAA and RSS specialise in remote Indigenous training and employment services. CAA and RSS are committed to improving the employment and training opportunities for all Indigenous Communities across the Top End of Australia inclusive of Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

CAA and RSS are placed within the My Pathway Group providing a framework for supporting its placement’s throughout remote and regional Australia. We utilise the existing offices and staff we have on the ground across our footprint. All placements can be supported by dedicated staff that specialise in working in Community.

Key role

CAA and RSS' Indigenous Services key role is to develop strategies to attract, retain, improve participation and assist course completions of apprenticeships/traineeships by Indigenous Australians. A key feature is the support we provide through mentoring our students, close alignment with host employers and liaising with key industry sectors.
